Watershed Essentials: Using the Data Stats Page

What's the Data Stats page in my Watershed Essentials account?

Watershed's Data Stats page gives you high-level statistics about your organization's data and Watershed Essentials usage.

Access the Data Stats screen by clicking on the "Data Stats" in the Data menu. The data shown on this cannot be customized.

Interaction Statements

The Interaction Statements section breaks down the number of interaction statements (i.e., xAPI statements) in your account by Data Source.

  • The Data Source column shows the name of the Data Source as identified in the interaction statements.
  • The Type column shows how your data got to Watershed. It will show CSV, xAPI, or Other.
  • The Interaction Statements column shows how many interaction statements have come into each data source.
  • The Voided Statements column shows the number of statements that have been voided from each data source. Voided statements do not contribute towards reporting.
  • The Active Statements column shows the number of statements from each data source that have not been voided and contribute to reporting.

Organization

The Organization section shows stats about how your organization is structured and how data is distributed across your organization.

  • People who have statements is the number of people that have interaction statements stored in Watershed.
  • People without statements is the number of people that do not have interaction statements stored in Watershed. These are people that are part of your organization's hierarchy, but not data has been sent to Watershed for them yet.
  • Personas that have statements is the number of personas that have interaction statements stored in Watershed. 
  • Personas without statements is the number of personas that do not have interaction statements stored in Watershed. These are personas that are part of your organization's hierarchy, but not data has been sent to Watershed for them yet. 
  • Average numbers of personas per person is the average number of personas attached to each person in Watershed.

Account

The Account section shows your Watershed account tier.
