What is View Dashboards As?
View Dashboards As functionality allows Global Admin users to look at any of Watershed's dashboards as if they are other users within your organization. It's ideal to check if user settings and permissions are set up correctly.

How to Get to View Dashboards As
To access View Dashboards As, go to the Settings menu and click View Dashboards As:
The View Dashboards As bar will appear at the top of your screen:
Using View Dashboards As
To use View Dashboards As, search for the person you want to view dashboards as in the search bar:
Please note: You can only select Watershed users in View Dashboards As. Learners and invited users that have not set up their logins yet are not selectable. To check if a person is a user, go to the Watershed Users section of Settings.
Once you select the person in the View Dashboards As search bar, you will begin to view Watershed as if you were that user. In the below example, we've selected Stephen Adams who has limited data and dashboard permissions. You'll notice the numbers in some of his reports are smaller; one report even shows no data because the report's filters do not include data he has permission to see:
All reports will be filled with only the data the chosen user can see, and the dashboard menu will change to only show the dashboards that user can see. With View Dashboards As, you are not actually logging in as the user, so you will not be able to use features like Report Builder, Data Search, Quick Filters, or Settings. You can only see reports/dashboards as your user would see when they log in.
